Located at the corner of 8th Avenue and 14th Street, the Chalet style building is now the Showcase Art Center.  Formerly known as the Flood and Peterson and Wheeler Realty building, it is a recognizable and warm space.  When you enter, you have a good feeling because you are surrounded by color and art.  There are several business in the space:

The Art Department offers an art gallery of paintings and sculptures by Colette Pitcher.  There are also fine art supplies, a custom frame shop, and art classes.  (970) 356-8593
